General Terms and Conditions 1

I understand that Irish Tax law provides for both civil penalties and criminal sanctions for the failure to make a return, the making of a false return, facilitating the making of a false return, or claiming tax credits, allowances or reliefs which are not due.

General Terms and Conditions 2

I confirm that I will provide the necessary documentation to FinCare to support any refund, credit claims or claims for allowances and reliefs made to Revenue on my behalf by FinCare.

General Terms and Conditions 3

I confirm that I will provide complete and accurate details of all my sources of income to FinCare.

General Terms and Conditions 4

I understand that I am required to retain all documentation relating to any refund or credit or allowance or relief claimed by FinCare on my behalf for a period of 6 years beginning at the end of the year of assessment to which the Return of Income and/or claim relates and that I will be required to produce same to Revenue upon request.

General Terms and Conditions 5

I acknowledge that FinCare acts as my agent in dealings with the Revenue Commissioners and that all information provided by me must be truthful, complete, and accurate.

General Terms and Conditions 6

I understand that any false or misleading information provided to FinCare may result in penalties, prosecution, and termination of services.

Service Agreement

By using FinCare's services, you agree that:

You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
All information provided to FinCare is true, accurate, and complete
You will cooperate fully with FinCare in the provision of financial services
You will notify FinCare immediately of any changes to your financial circumstances or personal information
You understand that FinCare's services are subject to applicable fees, which will be clearly disclosed before services are rendered

Confidentiality and Data Protection

FinCare is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Revenue Commissioners (Irish Tax and Customs)
Credit reference agencies
Financial institutions and service providers necessary for the provision of our services

Limitation of Liability

FinCare shall not be liable for:

Any losses, damages, or penalties arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or false information provided by you
Delays or failures in service delivery caused by third parties, including Revenue Commissioners
Changes in tax laws, regulations, or Revenue policies that affect your claims or refunds
Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you to FinCare for the services in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on the FinCare website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FinCare or its licensors and is protected by Irish and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Termination

FinCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if:

You breach any of these Terms and Conditions
You provide false or misleading information
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
You fail to pay applicable fees
We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities

You may terminate your relationship with FinCare at any time by providing written notice. However, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees and obligations.
